EDA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All payments for classes at Emily's Dance Academy must be promptly.
  • Cash payments must be made on the day of the class. This must be in an envelope with your child's name and class name clearly written on it.
  • Online payments preferred for all bookings.
  • All bookings must be booked for the full term. You do not need to book for pre-arranged holidays etc.
  • If a dancer wishes to leave, the full term payment must be made.
  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. (This includes illness but please discuss with Emily's Dance Academy if it is an extenuating circumstance)
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class. No refund will be given due to limited class numbers.
  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved, or for any other reasons made by Emily's Dance Academy.
  • Emily's Dance Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Emily's Dance Academy reserve the right to remove, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at emilysdanceacademy@outlook.com
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
