TERMS AND CONDITIONS to be agreed to before booking your child/s place/s on the booking system. (https://emily-s-dance-academy.classforkids.io)

• All payments for classes at Emily's Dance Academy must be paid promptly.
• Online payments are required for all bookings.
• All bookings must be booked for the full term.
• Pre-arranged holiday discounts can be credited if Emily’s Dance Academy are notified BEFORE the term commences.
• If a dancer wishes to leave, all outstanding payments must be made.
• We DO NOT issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. 
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid bookings will be given priority over bookings without payment.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class. NO refund will be given.
• Any classes cancelled by Emily’s Dance Academy will be rescheduled at the end of a term. Where this is not possible, class fees may be credited for the following term.
• Emily's Dance Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
• Emily's Dance Academy reserve the right to remove, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing us at emilysdanceacademy@outlook.com.
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up to date should this change using the given email address.
